Our BCIN experts utilize OBC standards alongside advanced BIM and CAD tools to ensure your design meets all necessary requirements. 

Building Information Model (BIM) in original software format, or/and in online viewer app. LOD300 model with typically 12 drawings

Design Options. Two client revisions are included in the preliminary package. Rendering and animation is optional. Continually applying the latest digital tools, including AI software, to enhance project delivery and presentation quality.

Preliminary set of drawings includes:

 ∙  Floor Plans,

 ∙  Elevations,

 ∙  two Sections,

 ∙  Perspective or Isometric View.

Two site visits.

Drawing and modeling starts upon all site measurements and photos are taken and documented.
